How does Bluepeak price junk removal?+

By how much of the truck the job fills, plus access (stairs, long carries) and any extra dump fees on heavy or appliance loads. Photo quotes come first. The on-site number is locked before we load.

Do you offer same-day junk removal in Baltimore?+

Yes, when the truck is open. Windsor Mill, Owings Mills, and nearby zips are the easiest same-day windows. Text photos to (443) 506-1814.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Bluepeak Property Services LLC is licensed and insured. Motor carrier USDOT 4572406. Property managers can request a certificate of insurance.

What will you not take?+

Wet paint, fuels, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, and other household hazardous waste. Tires and propane tanks are usually a no. Text a photo if you are unsure.

Do I have to be home?+

Someone 18+ should authorize the pile and the price. Realtors and property managers can meet us or leave written instructions and access.

Do you donate items?+

When pieces are actually usable and the route allows a donation stop. Broken furniture and stained mattresses go to the dump.

What areas do you serve?+

Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and northern Anne Arundel — including Baltimore, Towson, Columbia, Ellicott City, Catonsville, Owings Mills, Windsor Mill, Laurel, Elkridge, and Glen Burnie.

Can you move and haul junk on the same job?+

Yes. That is a common downsizing ticket. Keepers ride padded; junk rides to the dump.
